Simon Oram
Simon has been in the security industry for 16 years and is the president of Oram Security Consultants. He is a certified protection officer through International Foundation of Protection Officers and is certified in Homeland Security Level 3 with the American College of Forensic Examiners Institute of Forensic Science (ACFEI). For 14 years he served as a Scout Sniper in the USMC Reserves. A graduate of 2nd Marine Division Basic Scout Sniper School in Camp Lejune NC., Simon was awarded High Shooter Honors. In 2002 he was called to active duty for Operation Enduring Freedom as well as Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2003. As a Marine Simon has attended and graduated from the Scout Sniper School, Summer Mountainous Scout Sniper course, the Reserve Scout Sniper course, SERE (Survival, Evasion, Resistance and Escape) Code of Conduct) and the Sergeants course. Simon also instructed a Counter Sniper course in Lithuania. His experience in the Security field has ranged from providing Executive Protection to managing a contract guard company over two states. Simon is a certified instructor in many nationally recognized programs ranging from firearms use and First Aid to Counterterrorism and Security Operations. An example of Simons cool under pressure demeanor was demonstrated In Sept.2006 . One of the worlds largest and most succsessful hedge funds Amaranth LLC, located in Greenwich Ct. (once valued at over 8 billion dollars) lost the most money in business hedge fund history. In a two week period the company imploded and lost 6.6 billion dollars due to wrong way natural gas hedges . As director of Security Simon made sure things ran the right way until the company eventually shut its doors in early 2007. When one is trained in Industrial Espionage and Asset Protection there is much more involved then just simply "guarding employees".
Stephen McLeod
Stephen has been in the security business for 5 years. He currently specializes in Asset Protection, Executive Protection, Industrial Espionage and Property Surveillance. He was accepted into the prestigious Officer Candidate School (OCS) in Quantico, Virginia, for the USMC in the Summer of 1992, as an aspiring Second Lieutenant with a flight slot. Believe it or not this school has a higher attrition rate then the FBIs Special Agent 16 week class, both are held on the same base in Quantico Va. McLeod comes from a family of aviators, his brother has his ATP (Airline Transport Pilot's License) and his father has well over 5,000 hours of flight time. McLeod graduated from Ithaca College and took credits at Cornell University. He is also a graduate of the Nine Lives Associates, this is an elite team of special agents who have already passed Dr. Kobetz's internationally acclaimed Executive Protection school located in Berrysville Virginia. The Executive Protection Institute training program is molded after the United States Secret Service. Dr. Kobetz has status as a Diplomat, he is also the author of many internationally acclaimed Security related books as well as a member of the Who's Who in the world. Dr. K is a graduate of the FBI National Acadamy, he is a founding member of the Personal Protection field, what we know today as the Executive Protection industry. He trains people both domestically as well as internationally. McLeod was honored when he was asked by Dr.K to be part of a 6 man Nine Lives detail team at Mr. Kobetzs wedding, this event took place in Oct. 07. McLeod is also a Certified Personal Trainer who is up to date with all First Aid, AED, Rescue Breathing, and CPR cards.
Currently McLeod is an Officer Candidate for the Naval Reserve Intel program where he is getting screened for a security clearance. In 2006 he attended Olive Security high risk training school. The owner is a former SAS agent and the instructor was a Navy Seal. These Private Military Contractor schools or PMCS are also known as PSD (personal security detail) training programs, these schools typically get students ready for high risk operations overseas. McLeod was recently accepted into Blackwater USAs high risk elite security program located in Moyock North Carolina. In May 08 he is scheduled to attend Blackwater USAs Advanced Executive Protection Course. Currently McLeod does intermittent rotations in the Mojave desert at the National Training Center located in Ft. Irwin California. NTC is the largest and best desert warfare training facility in the world. Helping in the process of getting soldiers ready for Iraq, Afghanastan, Israel, Pakistan etc.. theaters of operations is a great source of pride for McLeod. Stephen also trains in Krav Maga, the "contact combat" version of martial arts which is known for its no nonsense, brutally aggressive style which originated with the Israeli Special Forces. McLeod plans to continue studying Krav Maga in Tel Aviv Israel in Oct.08 with the company Homeland Security SSI. These real world instructors have all served with the elite Israel Security Agency. The (ISA) or Shin Bet is Israels version of the US Secret Service. McLeods personal references have included Ct. Attorney General Richard Blumenthal, a great leader and former Marine who possesses a high degree of integrity.
Zaky Fouda
Zaky was born in Alexandria, Egypt. He is truely a modern day Hercules. He was a 10-time All-African Champion who wrestled in the 1984 and 1988 Olympics. In only his second meet, he finished second in the World Cup in Budapest. He won a silver medal at the 1986 World Championships. Zaky trained at the Dan Gable wrestling camp in Iowa when he was in the states. He also possesses a black belt in judo, which are very similar to wrestling moves. He was recruited to the elite DSS (Diplomatic Security Service) when he was working as an Air Marshal for the Egyptian Air Lines. Before long he was protecting American Ambassador, Mark Hambley, (US Ambasssador to Qatar and Lebanon 89-92, Senior Advisor to US. Secretary of State) and driving around in an armor protected, bullet proof $1,000,000 Mercedes Benz.
For people unfamilar with the security business, members of the DSS are the Navy Seals of the security world. They are a relatively unknown group of special agents that are posted at US Embassies throughout the world. No other Federal Law Enforcement Agency is more broadly represented. They pride themselves on thier motto- ''Serving America around the World".Although the FBI received credit the DSS were actually responsible for apprehending Ramsey Youseff, the mastermind of the first World Trade Center bombing. We all remember his famous quote, "If I had more money, both towers wouldn't be standing." Contrary to these radical fanatics, Zaky practices true Islam, which actually means peace. For all of his accomplishments, he is extremely down to earth and humble.
Islamic Jihad and all of the other diabolical factions that go along with it are really abberations to true Islam. Our former president George W Bush was accurate when he stated these people "hijacked a religion." Right now, we are in the beginning stages of World War III. Zaky offers perspective and insight into what we are all up against.
